Back to school yes, back to the office maybe, back to normal most definitely not. Uncertainty still reigns supreme and this is what has led The Festival of Us to this month’s focus topic – stress.  Whilst it can undoubtedly help us in certain situations, at times is essential, it is clear that either a sudden and significant amount of stress, or low levels of exposure over a long time frame is not good news.

This month’s content will provide you with further insight into the physiology of stress and ask you to think about how you can counter it. What will be your recipe that will allow you to take control of your day rather than your day taking control of you? What will be the healthy coping mechanisms that will ensure that the demands of day to day life don’t build up and challenge your health, wellbeing and performance?
